Many different factors can influence the condition of your jewellery. Therefore you should make sure that your jewellery is properly worn, cleaned, maintained and stored.

Delivered to Your Door

  • We are pleased to be able to offer FREE Shipping on all orders
  • All orders are sent tracked & signed delivery
  • All orders are fully insured via our own insurers
  • UK orders are sent Royal Mail Signed-for
  • USA orders are sent using UPS (If you’re shipping to a street address)
  • For your security, merchandise can only be shipped to the PayPal billing address.

Note that even in countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import.

Please contact us in the event that you are in a country which is not listed as we may still be willing to deliver, at our discretion.

Estimated Arrival Date & Order Tracking

While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date for your purchase, there are some factors that may cause that to change:

  • Delays in credit approval
  • Weather delays
  • Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
  • APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
  • Postal strikes

We will email you with your tracking number and estimated arrival date once your order has been dispatched. You can also check the progress on by using the tracking number on the carrier’s direct website (Royal Mail or UPS).

As a general guide we aim to delivery in the following timeframes:

  • EUROPE: 5-6 working days
  • USA, CANADA & FAR EAST: 6-10 working days
  • REST OF WORLD: 10-12 working days

Estimated Arrival Date & Order Tracking

Returns

  • Online orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase providing they’re unworn or unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions or warranty information to a D.J.Massey & Son Showroom or by post to the address detailed on the Packing Slip supplied with your items (please read the Preparing Your Return section below for more instructions).
  • Watches that haven’t been special ordered may be returned within 14 days, providing they’re unworn or unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions or warranty information to a D.J.Massey & Son Showroom or by post to the address detailed in the Delivery Note supplied with your products.
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding any delivery charges (except for items reported as damaged on delivery), within three weeks of receiving your return.
  • You cannot return custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches or any personalised engraved merchandise.
  • D.J.Massey & Son are not be responsible for any costs incurred when returning an unwanted item. As soon as we receive goods we will notify you via email and issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged whilst in transit when returned to us, so please be sure to use an insured postal service and package items well.
  • If your item has arrived damaged please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter swiftly and arrange for a refund or replacement to be supplied. In this case any return postage will be covered by D.J.Massey & Son.

Exchanges

  • We are unable to accept exchanges via the post unless the item has arrived damaged. All exchanges must be made in person at a D.J.Massey & Son Showroom.
  • Jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase providing they’re unworn or unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions or warranty information to a D.J.Massey & Son Showroom in person.
  • Watches that haven’t been special ordered may be exchanged within 14 days providing they’re unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information to a D.J.Massey & Son Showroom in person.
  • You cannot exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches or any personalised engraved merchandise.
  • If your item has arrived damaged please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter swiftly and arrange for a refund or replacement to be supplied. In this case any return postage will be covered by D.J.Massey & Son.

Preparing Your Postal Return

  • To return an item you have received in the post from us please follow these steps (they’re also on your Packing Slip).
  • Include the Packing Slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Put the pre-printed return label on the centre of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box.
  • Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding any delivery charges (except for items reported as damaged on delivery), within three weeks of receiving your return.
